Thanks for the mention of Podato, James [http://eirepreneur.blogs.com/] and I talked about the idea back in January and got the domain podato.com, we never really expected it to pick off but maybe had a chance of getting a few people trying it once it got media attention, we did an interview with Village magazine but never published it. Funnily enough the Emma clip done by my friend received two comments form a lad in Holland and one from America which was quite funny. Maybe as you said you would just need to see someone else use the system before you would think about using it. An Irish Podcast Meetup would be worthwhile to discuss how we could spread the word of podcasting in Ireland, as for Irish podcasters, there are four detailed here http://podcaster.blogsome.com/2005/05/13/irish-podcasters/.
